A Must-Try Café in Rotorua – Daana Paani If you're visiting Rotorua, make sure to stop by Daana Paani Café. They offer a simply authentic mix of North Indian curries, buttery parathas, and Indian-style burgers — all at very affordable prices. The parathas are a personal favourite — soft, generous with butter, and full of flavour. Definitely great value for money and a perfect spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Neha who served us..!

Absolutely loved my visit! I stopped by for a quick bite and was blown away by the flavour of the samosas – perfectly crispy, packed with delicious filling, and full of authentic taste. The tea was just as impressive – warm, fragrant, and brewed to perfection. What made the experience even better was the exceptional customer service. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a tasty snack and a great atmosphere!

We visited as a group of 8 and had a fantastic experience! We were looking for an authentic taste of India in Rotorua, and Daana Paani delivered. We ordered a variety of Paranthas and Chai, and everything was spot on. The paranthas were crispy, generously stuffed, and served hot—exactly like a home-cooked meal. The chai was the perfect balance of spices and sweetness, making it the ultimate comfort food. Despite our large group size, the service was friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great flavors, this is it. Highly recommended!
